My goodness, this was such a tough task narrowing down my top 10 favorite photos from 2015! Once I started trying to choose, I wished I could make it a Top 25 post, but ultimately decided I needed to keep it down to 10 photos as originally planned. There were so many photos I loved from 2015, so please don’t be offended if your photo wasn’t chosen for this blog post. I chose a lot of more recent work from the past couple months. Also, the majority of the photos I chose were about love and connections. Those are the moments I love to capture!
One thing to note is that I put a special request out to the universe early this year that I wanted to photograph more dogs, and I got what I hoped for. I love photographing dogs, especially since they’re an important part of the family. And, before I knew it, I photographed eight dogs this Fall. I grew up with a dog, have always had one by my side almost my whole life, so I just love working with them. To those client families who brought their fur-babies: Thank you for bringing your loyal and faithful friends to your photo sessions. I had a blast!
As I reflect on the fun, amazing, prosperous and busy year I’ve had, I feel incredibly grateful to all of my clients for entrusting me with the privilege of capturing their memories and helping them freeze time. What an honor it has been! Thank you to all my sweet and amazing clients for believing in my vision and talent. I know that custom photography is a luxury expense and I’m thankful for all the clients who hired me. I am looking forward to all the wonderful things 2016 will have in store for me.
